Smoothie for weight Loss

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of water
1/2 ripe papaya
1 tbsp of flaxseed oil
1 tbsp of brewer's yeast
1 tsp of psyllium husks
1 tsp of soy lecithin granules
1 tsp of vitamin C
1 tsp of spirulina

Shake well and drink.

For some it won’t be the most appetizing smoothie recipe I've ever come across!

Combine it with a healthy diet full of fruit and veg.
