Rice Porridge Recipe

This recipe is based on rice.

Ingredients:

2 cups of (brown) rice
6 cups of water
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil

Instructions:

Put the rice into a pot filled with the water and boil it until it is properly cooked, letting it simmer for about 30 minutes.

Pour the cooked rice into the frying pan with vegetable oil.

Adding the tamari/soy sauce and sesame seed oil, fry over low heat for a couple of minutes, stirring from time to time.
